RETURN POLICY

15 calendar days: Parapharmacy, cosmetics, nutrition and related items and products are defective/erroneous for reasons attributable to this parapharmacy or due to cancellation of the purchase.
In case of return, the product must be unused, without damage to the packaging or box and in perfect condition. Including accessories, documentation and original packaging. Otherwise, the asset will suffer a depreciation. In accordance with the exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal regulated in RDL 1/2007, the return of custom-made (personalized) products will not be accepted.

Once the product has been received in our center, and after checking its condition, the amount will be refunded, according to the method of payment made by the client, unless paid in cash, which will be refunded by bank transfer and, in in any case, within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days from the receipt of the returned merchandise. The direct cost of the return (shipping costs) of the good or product will be borne by the client as set out in the LGCU.
